Production & Packaging Manager

Job Summary / Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full production and packaging processes in the manufacturing plant
Ensure efficient operations, optimal resource utilisation, and high productivity levels
Maintain strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
Lead, manage, and develop production and packaging teams
Manage production budgets and implement cost-control measures
Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
Troubleshoot production challenges promptly
Ensure all operations meet regulatory, quality, and safety requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or any equivalent Science-related field
Proven experience in pharmaceutical production and packaging operations
Strong working knowledge of GMP-compliant manufacturing processes
Excellent team leadership and people management skills
Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost efficiency
Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical skills
A proven track record of improving production efficiency in previous roles
