The National Service Authority (NSA) has introduced a convenient new digital platform that allows all National Service Personnel to access and withdraw their monthly allowances securely online.

This marks a significant shift to a fully digital, cashless system for NSS allowance payments.

How to Withdraw Your NSS Allowance (Step-by-Step)

Log In Visit payroll.gnsa.gov.gh Enter your Ghana Card number, complete facial verification, and enter the OTP sent to you.
View Payslip Select and view your approved monthly allowance (currently GH¢650 – GH¢715 depending on the month and policy).
Add Beneficiary Confirm or add your bank account or Mobile Money number (e.g., MTN Mobile Money).
Transfer Funds Transfer the allowance directly to your chosen account and receive an instant receipt.
