What is the 24H+ Programme?
The 24-Hour Economy and Accelerated Export Development Programme (24H+) is President John Dramani Mahama’s flagship initiative to transform Ghana into a self-reliant, productive, and export-driven economy that operates around the clock.
Launched to shift Ghana from raw material exports to value-added production, the programme focuses on industrialisation, job creation, skills development, and inclusive growth. It includes eight strategic sub-programmes (Grow24, Make24, Build24, Connect24, Fund24, Show24, Aspire24, Go24) targeting key sectors such as agriculture, manufacturing, logistics, creative industries, and pharmaceuticals.
