What is the NextGen Africa Workforce Fellowship?
This pan-African programme combines three powerful elements:
- A 100% online, U.S.-accredited Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Nexford University.
- Structured leadership mentorship and executive sessions with some of Africa’s most respected leaders.
- An AI-relevant curriculum focused on digital literacy, adaptability, and global competitiveness.
Unlike traditional degrees, the Fellowship is built for working young people. Participants can study flexibly while keeping their jobs or building businesses, committing a minimum of 15 hours per week to coursework.
The programme targets Africans aged 18–28 who are at the early stage of their careers and ready to invest in long-term growth.
