2026 Single Spine Salary Structure (SSSS) for Ghana Education Service: 9% Base Pay Increment Breakdown, All Ranks
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has implemented a 9% base pay increase on the Single Spine Salary Structure (SSSS), effective January 2026, in line with the finalized National Tripartite Committee (NTC) agreement on the 2026 National Daily Minimum Wage (NDMW) of GH¢21.77 (up 9% from 2025).
