This important step confirms your details are correct, ensures you’re properly placed on the payroll, and helps guarantee timely salary disbursement without delays or issues.
Key Details to Note:
- Validation Portal: Log in to the official platform at https://www.gogepv.com to review and validate your payment voucher (also known as the Electronic Salary Payment Voucher or GoG SPV system).
- Deadline: Validation is open now and will close within 5 Days.
- Complete it as soon as possible—late submissions may impact your salary processing.
- Why It Matters: Validation verifies your current management unit, scale, personal details, and overall eligibility. Salaries are processed and paid only after this exercise is completed for all staff.
Special Reminders for Certain Situations:
- If you have recently changed your management unit, contact your previous unit’s validator to ensure they validate you on the system.
- If you are awaiting reposting or transfer, still validate your details to maintain continuity in your payroll records.
