- Purchase for GH₵200 from designated post offices (e.g., Greater Accra: Burma Camp, Accra North; full regional list in the ad).
- Reveals a serial number and PIN code (scratch to access; usable up to 3 times).

Why needed? Authenticates your application and selects arm of service (Army/Navy/Air Force) and qualification type (Non-Tradesman or Tradesman).

WASSCE/SSCE Certificate or Trade/Technical Certificate:
- Scanned copy of your WASSCE/SSCE results slip (for general applicants) or Trade Certificate (for Tradesmen).
- Format: PDF only.
- File size: Maximum 1MB per document.
- Upload on Page 3.
- Additional details to enter (not upload):
  - WASSCE Index Number.
  - WASSCE Results Slip Serial Number.
  - BECE Index Number.
  - Results for core subjects: Core Mathematics and Core English (plus other relevant passes as per eligibility).

Other Supporting Details (Not Uploaded as Documents):
- Valid email address (for notifications).
- Personal mobile phone number (format: 233xxxxxxxxx, e.g., 233244123456).
- Trade/Technical data (if applicable, e.g., for Engineer Corps or Technical Branch roles).
- Enable Cell Broadcast Message Service on your phone for GAF updates (instructions: Go to Messages > Settings > Cell Broadcast > Activate and set channels to receive).

Application Steps Overview (For Context)

Step 1: Buy voucher and access http://apply.mil.gh using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Step 2: Enter voucher details and proceed to forms.
Step 3: Fill personal info, upload photo (Page 2), enter/ upload education details (Page 3).
Step 4: Preview, submit, and receive Alpha Numeric Identification Number via email/SMS.
Step 5: Print report—present if shortlisted.
