The Transforming African Agricultural Universities and Training (TAGDev) 2.0 Scholarship Programme a flagship 10-year initiative (2023–2033) funded by the Mastercard Foundation in partnership with the Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM) is now open for applications at the University of Cape Coast (UCC) for the 2026/2027 academic year.

About the TAGDev 2.0 Scholarship Programme
TAGDev 2.0 aims to:
- Strengthen African agricultural universities and TVET institutions
- Empower young people and universities to drive inclusive, equitable, and climate-resilient transformation of agri-food systems
- Build skilled, entrepreneurial, and community-focused leaders who contribute meaningfully to Africa’s growth and development
The programme is implemented across several RUFORUM member universities, with UCC proudly selected as a key partner institution.

- How to Find and Secure a PhD or Master’s Supervisor for Scholarships
Required Documents (prepare scanned copies):
- Unofficial results slip / Certified Transcripts and Certificates
- Proof of date of birth (Birth Certificate, Ghana Card, or Passport)
- English translation of documents (if original not in English)
