What is the UCC SWITCH 3.1 Programme?

SWITCH 3.1 (often called the “Switch Programme”) is a specialised, flexible Bachelor of Education conversion/upgrading programme designed exclusively for practising teachers.

Duration: Typically 1 year (intensive, with face-to-face and online options)
Mode of Delivery: Face-to-Face / Online (perfect for working teachers)
Award: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in your chosen subject area – fully recognised by the Ghana Education Service (GES) for Senior High School posting and promotion
Goal: Bridge the gap so you can teach at SHS level and advance your career without quitting your job
