Eligibility & Requirements
To qualify for UCC’s study abroad programme, you must:
 Have a minimum CGPA of 2.5
Complete at least one academic year at UCC (priority given to 2nd & 3rd-year undergraduates)
Submit:

Letter of intent

Completed application form
-
Current academic transcript

Proof of financial support
-
Valid passport (must be ready at the time of application)
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
How to Apply

Check for open opportunities (via UCC’s OIR announcements).

Prepare all required documents (listed above).

Submit online & physically to the International Relations Office.

Attend an interview if shortlisted.

Complete a Course Endorsement Form before departure.

PRE-DEPARTURE CHECKLIST
1. PASSPORT

8. ESTABLISHING YOUR ITINERARY (Faculty Only)

The Director will facilitate introductions via your CV and letter of interest.

Work with your overseas contact to finalize your itinerary.
9. AIRFARE

Secure your own airfare (unless otherwise arranged).

10. PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS
