To complete your online registration, follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit the Registration Portal

1. Go to www.smarthub.nss.gov.gh

2. Select "Online Registration"

3. Enter your:

   • Index Number

   • Date of Birth

   • Ghana Card Number

4. Tap "Continue"

Step 2: Fill the Registration Forms

The registration form requires the following information:

1. Personal Details

   • School Index Number

   • Date of Birth

   • NSS PIN Code

   • Digital Address

   • Residential Address

   • Community Name

   • District of Residence

   • Gmail Address

   • Contact Number

2. Guardian Details

   • Guardian’s Name

   • Guardian’s Contact Number

   • Guardian’s Gmail Address

3. Next of Kin

   • Name

   • Contact Number

   • Relationship to You

4. Means of Identification

   • Upload a clear picture of your Ghana Card

5. Employment Status

   • Select Yes/No

6. Region of Preference

   • Select three preferred regions
