Mandatory Induction Training for Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) Undergoing National Service

The National Teaching Council (NTC) is organizing a mandatory induction training for all Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) as part of efforts to integrate them into the teaching profession. This training is designed to equip NQTs with the essential knowledge and skills required during their National Service and future roles as in-service teachers.

Training Objectives:

  • Prepare NQTs for the expectations of their National Service.

  • Provide guidance on professional conduct and teaching standards.

  • Facilitate a smooth transition into the teaching workforce.
