The Individuals and Their Offenses:

Samuel Armah (Teacher): A teacher who was caught invigilating the exam with leaked Social Studies answers on his mobile phone.

Kwame Oteng Nkansah (University Student): Impersonated a registered candidate to write the exam for them.

Amedeka James (University Student): Also engaged in impersonation, notably by posing as his own twin brother to write the exam.
